Chow Chow is a pickled relish dish traditionally used in southern cooking as a condiment to enhance the flavor of greens, meats, dried peas or beans.  Chow Chow varies in flavor from mild to hot in spiciness. It’s a delicious, refreshing condiment to spoon on just about everything.
